When Should I Arrive?

Plan on arriving 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can find parking, collect your tickets and find a seat.

Parking

There is limited parking on the street close at both venues. There is also a free lot open to the public at 18th and Lawrence just two blocks away for concerts at Kilworth Memorial Chapel.  Limited disable parking is available next to the chapel. Please be aware that there is no parking on the north side of 18th across from the chapel. Parking at Christ Episcopal Church is available in the lot between Christ Church Parish Wells Hall and the Multicare Clinic, on the street, and for a small fee at the public parking lot opposite Kaiser Permanente on Martin Luther King Blvd.

What If I Arrive Late?

Because we record our concerts late seating will be between pieces during the applause. If you arrive late, we ask that you wait in the lobby until the ushers let you in.

Where Do I Sit?

Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Don't worry, there is not a bad seat in the house.

What Happens If I Can't Come?

We will refund or exchange your tickets if you cannot attend. Please be aware that due to limited staffing it can take up to 4 weeks to process your refund. Please contact us at info@tacomabachfestival before the event if you need a refund.
